According to rules regulated under Ministry of Education, Head of Library is in charge of managing library programs. Chairmen, teacher representatives, and student representatives participate in Library Advisory Committee to assist planning the affairs of development aspects, discuss library major arrangements, examine regulations and policies, and distribute budgets. Organization structure under Head of Library includes Knowledge Services Division, and Collection & Acquisition Division.
