- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with all university departments and units.
- Managing and allocating the Library’s budget and financial resources in alignment with institutional goals.
- Making decisions on major library policies and administrative matters.
- Planning and implementing the Library’s medium- and long-term development strategies to support academic and research excellence.

Knowledge Services Division
Mission:
To provide user-centered knowledge and information services that promote lifelong learning and the development of information literacy.
The Knowledge Services Division is the library’s core department interfacing with readers. It is responsible for reader services, information consultation, circulation, and reading environment management. Through professional services and diverse activities, the division helps users make effective use of library collections and resources, while strengthening the connection between readers and the library.
In response to the growing importance of knowledge management and information services in the digital era, the division goes beyond traditional data provision. It emphasizes the integration and enhancement of knowledge value, supporting users in organizing, transforming, applying, and creating knowledge.
Collection and Acquisition Division
Mission:
To build a diverse and robust library collection that meets the needs of teaching and research, supporting the overall development of the library’s knowledge resources.
The Collection Development Division is responsible for the selection, acquisition, cataloging, and organization of library resources, including both physical and digital materials. It is dedicated to planning, building, and continuously developing collections that align with academic and research requirements. By integrating various resources and maintaining quality control, the division ensures that the collection is systematic and easily accessible. It aims to provide readers with comprehensive, relevant, and diverse academic and learning support, thereby realizing the full value of the library’s collections.
